3. Personal Use Only

This course is intended for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials or any course materials with others is strictly prohibited. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to the course or any of its materials to any third party.

However, you are allowed to share the course with members in the same household. If a parent purchases the course with their email, they can share the course with their student(s) from the confirmation email received from our members course site: standardizedtestprep.com.

You are not permitted to distribute, share, or otherwise make available any course content to anyone who has not enrolled in the course, other than immediate family members. This includes posting materials on public forums, websites, or social media - without prior consent.

5. Course Access and Availability

We offer lifetime course access, and we will notify you - using your provided email - if there are any changes with our hosting platform. Becky Cox reserves the right to modify the course or any of its features at any time. She plans to keep the course current with the 2025 changes to the test. She also plans to add sections deemed to be helpful.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the course, but technical issues or maintenance may occasionally cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any such interruptions. You are asked to contact us immediately if you experience any interruption in service, and we will work promptly to resolve any issues.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds are not available after the specified refund period has passed.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the course in a manner that is respectful and considerate of other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other students or the instructor - on subsequent Zoom calls - will not be tolerated. Any misuse of the course or violation of these terms and conditions may result in termination of your access to live group meetings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Becky Cox and her team are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in the course or use of course materials.The course is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will achieve specific results or scores on the ACT.
